You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.
The p99gam name, logo and associated branding are proprietary marks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Operator will endeavour to provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
The revised Terms will be effective from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The Effective Date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable. Details of the governing jurisdiction are available from the Operator upon request.
